Our Property Management Company acts as an official representative and administrative company on behalf of the landlord. Duties of our property management company includes, visiting the property in the absence of the owners, dealing with all issues such as: maintenance, repairs, advertising rentals of properties for property owners, accepting and collecting the rent, responding to tenants requests and repairing problems, doing credit and background checks for tenants. In exchange for the service provided by our property management company to home owners the charges will vary between 10-20% of the gross rent collected each week or month, in addition to the annual (yearly) fee for the administrative management service of the apartments, townhouses or villas. Our costs for repairs and maintenance will appear as an extra charge.
In addition to managing income and expense related activity, our property managers can also manage construction, development, repair and maintenance of your property in Marbella area or elsewhere along the Costa del Sol. Property managers relations with Tenants gives a face to the Property Owners and provides them the necessary marketing and servicing their desire to profit and distance themselves from their tenant constituency.
